Common use of WRITTEN AMENDMENT Clause in Contracts

WRITTEN AMENDMENT. A written amendment of the Contract Documents, signed by OWNER and DESIGN/BUILDER on or after the Effective Date of the Agreement and normally dealing with the nonengineering or nontechnical rather than strictly design or construction-related aspects of the Contract Documents.
