When assigned by the Contractor, the xxxxxxx and operation of demolition robots and drones and all other machines of similar or like characteristics, whether driven by gas, diesel, or electric power when used in the performance of the aforementioned jurisdiction shall be the work of qualified Laborers.

Reasonable dress-up time and clean-up time allowed. The first bargaining unit employee on the job will be designated the xxxxxxx, who shall have access to company monitoring records and be kept informed of amounts of contaminants on the job site. A sheltered “safe zone” area shall be provided.
