World Wide Web. Through the Separation Date or such other date as Agilent and Verigy mutually agree, Agilent shall make its intranet site available to Verigy Employees on substantially the same terms as such intranet site is made available to Agilent Employees. Verigy agrees to fully reimburse Agilent for any and all costs and expenses related thereto. Agilent and Verigy shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to mutually agree on the appropriate methods for Verigy to establish its own site.
