World View 3 Imagery Clause Samples

The 'World View 3 Imagery' clause defines the use and scope of satellite imagery provided by the WorldView-3 satellite within the agreement. It typically specifies the type of imagery data being supplied, such as resolution, coverage area, and permitted uses, and may outline any restrictions on distribution or modification. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the exact nature of the imagery being provided and the legal boundaries for its use, thereby preventing misunderstandings or unauthorized usage.

It also has two lower resolution instruments providing an additional 8, 3.7m bands and 12, 30m bands.
