Common use of Worksite Closure Clause in Contracts

Worksite Closure. If the customer closes the worksite, employees will be paid their regular rate of pay for hours they would have worked had the workplace not been closed. Full-time employees will receive eight (8) hours of pay, and Part-time employees will be paid for the time which they were scheduled.
