Workmanship and Quality. 12.2.1 Employees shall test any installation, plant or equipment, complete appropriate company forms and sign all required documentation in accordance with the applicable statutes, regulations and Company policies and procedures. It is understood that quality assurance is a key factor to ensure the Company becomes a more competitive and efficient enterprise. The Parties are therefore committed to the introduction and maintenance of accredited quality assurance programs where deemed necessary by the Employer and in accordance with Australian Standards and Company policies and/or procedures.
