Working Plan. The Shareholders and the Company undertake to prepare a detailed working plan and budget for the Company for 2008, including detailed plans showing how the Company will meet the targets of such working plan (hereinafter: "THE WORKING PLANS"). The Working Plans will be submitted to the Purchaser for approval at least 3 days before the Closing Date.
