Working Mechanism. (A) The two governments will establish an Inter-Governmental Joint Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Committee") and one or more Inter-Entrepreneurial Working Group (hereinafter referred to as "Working Group"). The Committee will be co-chaired by the Foreign Ministries, and co-vice chaired by the Energy Ministries,with the participation of relevant agencies of the two governments,and will comprise an equal number of members nominated by the two governments. Each Working Group will consist of representatives from enterprises authorized by the two governments. (B) The Committee will be responsible for negotiating and agreeing the cooperation arrangements and the maritime areas to which they will apply (hereinafter referred to as the "cooperation area"),and deciding the number of Working Groups to be established and for which part of the cooperation area each Working Group is established (hereinafter referred to as its "working area"). Each Working Group will negotiate and agree on inter- entrepreneurial technical and commercial arrangements that will apply in the relevant working area. (C) China authorizes China National Offshore Oil Corporation as the Chinese enterprise for each Working Group. The Philippines will authorize the enterprise(s) that has/have entered into a service contract with the Philippines with respect to the applicable working area or, if there is no such enterprise for a particular working area, the Philippine National Oil Company - Exploration Corporation (PNOC-EC), as the Philippine enterprise(s) for the relevant Working Group. (D) The two governments will endeavour to agree on the cooperation arrangements within twelve (12) months of this Memorandum of Understanding. The Committee and each Working Group will meet regularly to discharge their respective functions.
Working Mechanism. 1. The Trilateral Working Group will promptly communicate and discuss with each other by holding trilateral meetings, via video-conferences and other means, to guide and coordinate the Study works, ensuring it is being developed as planned. 2. The Parties agree to take all necessary measures to solve issues arising in the Study works. 3. The Parties’ assigned agencies shall jointly formulate a more specific study plan and work schedule. 4. The Parties’ assigned agencies shall report the progress of their work in writing to the Trilateral Working Group at the end of each bimester.
Working Mechanism. 1. Party A and Party B agree to establish a joint working group, which is responsible for the preparation, investigation and implementation of the consultation plan. 2. Party A will determine the persons who are responsible for contacting and assisting Party B in accordance with the provisions hereof and the consultation schedule. Party B shall appoint professional persons for the services hereunder and maintain sufficient labor resources to ensure that the consultation services are provided smoothly.
Working Mechanism. 1. The Parties agree to establish a mechanism for regular communications between the senior management of the Parties to jointly discuss the major issues in cooperation. 2. The standing bodies for promoting and implementing the strategic cooperation of Party A and Party B will be led by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Xiao Houjun respectively. The relevant business departments of the Parties will establish a coordination team to develop and refine the strategic cooperation plans, coordinate resources, and implement specific cooperation matters.
Working Mechanism. 1. The parties shall agree to jointly establish the Joint Project Department of the Comprehensive Service Building of CSA in Jianyang (hereinafter referred to as the Project Department) to promote the project. 2. The Project Department shall consist of project manager, deputy project manager and the representative of Party A. Among which, Party A shall appoint _________as project manager and the person in charge of the project, who shall be fully responsible _________for the site management. Party B shall appoint _________as deputy project manager, who shall be specifically responsible for determine the use requirements and functional layout, etc. The representative of Party A shall be appointed by Party A, and shall be responsible for the specific external and internal coordination of the project, signing the on-site economic and technical documents, and directly participating in the on-site management of the project. All functional departments of Party A shall participate in the work of the Project Department according to the division of the basic construction management. 3. The Joint Project Department of the Comprehensive Service Building of CSA in Jianyang, as the project department under the Infrastructure Joint Command of Party A, shall perform its responsibilities in accordance with relevant management regulations of Party A and subject to unified coordination and management of the Infrastructure Joint Command . The Project Department shall participate in the management of the Comprehensive Service Building at all stages in strict accordance with the relevant duties requirements of the Project Department.
