Working Limits. An employee working Voluntary Additional Hours must not work more than 7 consecutive days unless the provisions of clause 20 - Breaks Between Shifts and Overtime have been observed.
Working Limits. Employees are not required to work in temperatures in excess of the following working limits. • Temperatures in excess of 38°C, for staff working out doors, are in excess of working limits. • Temperatures in excess of 35°C, in an internal environment without any cooling measures, are in excess of working limits.
