Workforce Member Sample Clauses

The "Workforce Member" clause defines who is considered part of an organization's workforce for the purposes of the agreement. It typically includes employees, contractors, volunteers, and other individuals under the direct control of the organization, regardless of whether they are paid. By clearly identifying who qualifies as a workforce member, this clause ensures that responsibilities, obligations, and protections outlined in the agreement are properly allocated to the correct individuals, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
