WORKDAY, WORKWEEK, AND WORK SCHEDULES. A. Hours of Work 1. Workday The regular full-time work day for bargaining unit employees is normally eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period. The workday for part-time employees will vary from that of full- time employees. Management will attempt not to schedule the next workday period without at least 8 hours between workday periods when possible. Employees who flex their hours in accordance with Section F of this article may have different work day schedules.
