Workbooks. Red Comet will order the printing and delivery of the student workbooks to schools. Red Comet will deliver only the number of workbooks ordered. OPTION C- Curriculum on Alternate LMS Technology Red Comet will load the curriculum to a LMS platform other than AgilixTM Buzz (Brightspace, Canvas, Moodle, and Schoology.) Alternately, Red Comet will provide the school with an AR set preloaded with the content library for a curriculum that is Highly Engaging, Interactive, and Immersive. STEM: This immersive experience will get students to have focused concentration on difficult concepts to promote higher-order thinking skills. AR/VR is a uniquely personal experience that is proven to positively influence student engagement, retention, and desire to learn. The AR/VR modules enrich education by increasing learner involvement, focus, and overall academic performance. There are also assessments that teachers can use. Teachers can log in to the platform to view the scores. Virtual Science Labs: Schools can use AR/VR to supplement or as a replacement for their science labs (physics, chemistry, biology).

Workbooks. 6.1 For Vision Zero IOSH-produced courses, an IOSH- produced Vision Zero course workbook must be purchased from ISL. Once the training has been completed the workbook becomes the property of the Delegate.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Customer Records Customer grants to Cisco and its independent accountants the right to examine Xxxxxxxx's books, records and accounts during Customer's normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. In the event such audit discloses non-compliance with this Agreement, Customer shall promptly pay to Cisco the appropriate license fees, plus the reasonable cost of conducting the audit.

  • Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.

  • Contractor Records A. Maintenance Contractor shall maintain a file of all documents, records, communications, notes and other materials relating to the Work (the “Contractor Records”) performed by the Contractor and any Subcontractors, that are required to ensure proper performance of that Work. Contractor shall maintain Contractor Records until the last to occur of: (i) the date 3 years after the date this Participating Addendum expires or is terminated, (ii) final payment under this Participating Addendum is made, (iii) the resolution of any pending Contract matters, or (iv) if an audit is occurring, or Contractor has received notice that an audit is pending, the date such audit is completed and its findings have been resolved (the “Record Retention Period”).

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records. All Project records must be retained for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Grant. All Project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section P of this Grant Agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all Project records to CARB. Hardcopy of electronic records are suitable. Acceptable forms of electronic media include hard drives, CDs, DVDs, and flash drives. Other forms of electronic media may be allowed based on prior written concurrence from CARB.

  • Educational Records Educational Records are official records, files and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to, records encompassing all the material kept in the student’s cumulative folder, such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement, and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols and individualized education programs. For purposes of this DPA, Educational Records are referred to as Student Data.   • Timesheets 5.1. At the end of each week of an Assignment (or at the end of the Assignment where it is for a period of 1 week or less or is completed before the end of a week) the Agency Worker shall deliver to the Employment Business a timesheet duly completed to indicate the number of hours worked during the preceding week (or such lesser period) and signed by an authorised representative of the Hirer.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.

  • How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
