Common use of Work Unit and Employees Covered Clause in Contracts

Work Unit and Employees Covered. This agreement covers part-time employees and full-time employees while working in the Service & Clerical Bargaining Unit at the sites covered by this Collective Agreement. Both employees will share the position on a 50/50 basis. The job sharing position remains in the employer’s staffing complement as a full-time position, although the incumbents will be covered under the part-time provisions of this Collective Agreement.
