Work Transfer. Seller shall not and shall ensure its supply chain shall not, initiate a movement or transfer of the location for the work to be performed under this Contract to another facility without Buyer’s prior written approval. Seller shall notify Buyer of any potential work movement or placement at least sixty (60) days in advance of Seller committing to any such movement or placement by submitting the “Supplier Work Movement Notification Form” available on the Boeing Supplier Portal.
