Common use of Work Schedules Clause in Contracts

Work Schedules. a. An appointing authority, with the prior approval of the County Executive, may approve requests of employees covered by this Agreement in their department to work a 9/80 work schedule.

The appointing authority shall only deny requests for business/operational reasons. Denials are only grievable through the Second Stop of the grievance process identified in Article V.
