Common use of Work Schedule Changes Clause in Contracts

Work Schedule Changes. a. Temporary adjustments in an employee’s work hours and/or days for up to ninety (90) calendar days will be made with five (5) working days advance notice, except where emergency situations (e.g., snow removal and equipment breakdown) interfere with the normal operation of the College. In emergency situations the affected employee will be notified as soon as possible after there is a determination of an emergency situation.
