WORK RULES AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Section. 11.1 WORK RULES‌ Whenever the Board or designee changes work rules, or develops new work rules, the Union will be given at least thirty (30) days’ notice before the implementation of such changes. The Board and the Union shall meet in a Labor/Management meeting to discuss such matters. A copy of the new or changed rules will be posted or given to the affected employees before the changes take place.
