WORK PROCEDURES. Tenant’s Contractor will only utilize restrooms as provided and directed by Landlord; provided, however, these restrooms shall be reasonably available to Tenant’s Contractor and to other users on multi-tenant floors during construction. Tenant’s Contractor is prohibited from staining, painting (except latex wall painting), lacquering, or using other odorous substances (“Noxious Work”) during working hours 7:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. Monday—Friday and 8:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m.
