Clause-25 The contractor shall obtain from the stores of the Municipal Engineer all stores and articles of European or American manufacture which may be required for the work, or any part thereof or in making up articles required therefore or in connection therewith unless he has obtained permission in writing from the Municipal Engineer to obtain such stores and articles elsewhere. The value of such stores and articles as may be supplied to the contractor by the Municipal Engineer shall be debited to the contractor in his account at the rates shown in the schedule attached to the Contract, and if they are not entered in the schedule, they shall be debited at cost price, which for the purpose of this contract shall include the cost of carriage and all other expenses whatsoever which shall have been incurred in obtaining delivery of the same at the stores aforesaid. Work on Sundays. Work on Sunday shall be paid at time and one-half, unless it falls within the assigned workweek.
Work on Sundays. A4.01 (a) A premium of one-half (½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate of pay will be paid for basic hours of work worked by an employee on a Sunday.
Work on Sundays. 6.1 Any arrangement of hours for grounds workers which includes a Sunday as ordinary hours shall be subject to agreement between the College and the majority of employees directly involved.

The employer must pay an employee who works on a Sunday: if the employee works for five hours or less, the employee’s ordinary daily wage; if the employee works for more than five hours, one and a half times the employee’s ordinary daily wage. Work on Sundays. (a) All hours worked by employees on a Sunday which are not related to the store opening for business and which are not part of an employee’s regular daily work schedule will be paid at double time (2x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. When this premium is paid, no other bonus or premium will apply to such hours worked.
Work on Sundays. 9.2.1 Full-time and part-time employees may be rostered to work a maximum of 3 Sundays in any 4 week cycle. Employees rostered this way shall be entitled to a minimum break of 3 consecutive days within a 4 week cycle, including a Saturday and Sunday.
