WORK ON DAYS OFF. An Operator called to work on their day off shall receive a minimum of eight hours work. The pay for actual time worked shall be in accordance with Section 4 of this Part B. Pay for Tripper is to be as specified in Section 4.2 of this Part B.

WORK ON DAYS OFF. All employees who complete their assignment when working on their regular or assigned days off shall be paid one and one half (1½) times their straight time hours worked, with a minimum allowance of twelve (12) straight time hours, at their regular straight time hourly rate of pay provided the employee works their regularly scheduled five (5) day forty (40) hour work week. All employees not completing their assignment when working on their regular or assigned day off shall be paid one and one half (1½) times their straight time hours worked at their regular straight time hourly rate of pay provided the employee works their regularly scheduled five (5) day forty (40) hour work week.
