WORK IN THE RAIN. 39.1 An employee who is required to work in rain heavy enough to wet the cloths of the employee will be required to wear a wet weather jacket and pants that meets the Employer’s standards. The Employer may supply the required wet weather clothing and deduct the cost from the employee’s wages.
