Common use of Work Excluded Clause in Contracts

Work Excluded. Cleaning services do not include the shampooing of carpet, nor washing nor polishing, nor waxing of furniture, files, cabinets, wastebaskets or other personal property of Tenant. When such work is necessary, Tenant may make necessary arrangements for same directly with Landlord’s cleaning employees.
