Common use of WORK ETHICS Clause in Contracts

WORK ETHICS. (a) The Union shall not sign this Agreement with any party whose business is not recognized as electrical work. (b) No member of the Union, while employed by any employer bound to this Agreement, will be permitted to contract or to perform electrical work for any other employer or person. (c) No members of the Union shall be permitted to work at Electrical Construction Work for anyone who is not a party of this Agreement.
