Work Done By Others. If any of the manufacture of MATERIAL is dependent on work done by others, Supplier shall inspect and promptly report to Company's Representative any defect that renders such other work unsuitable for Supplier's proper performance. Supplier's silence shall constitute approval of such work as fit and suitable for Supplier's performance.
