Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, only up to a maximum of ten percent (10%) of the Work Allowance may be applied to Tenant\u2019s permit and filing fees, designers\u2019, and architects\u2019, engineers\u2019 and other professional fees and other so-called \u201csoft costs\u201d incurred in connection with the performance of the Initial Tenant Work.
