WOODLANDS. The limited partnership interests in Panther Holdings Level I, L. P., a Delaware limited partnership ("PANTHER HOLDINGS") that are not owned by an Acquired Company on the date hereof shall either have been acquired by an Acquired Company prior to the Closing Date, or CLJ shall have entered into an agreement with SNH in form reasonably acceptable to SNH pursuant to which CLJ shall agree to indemnify SNH for 50% of the actual costs incurred by SNH or its Affiliates after the Closing Date to purchase or redeem such limited partnership interests in Panther Holdings; provided that CLJ's obligation to pay such costs shall be limited to $250,000.
WOODLANDS. Woodlands are generally along river and stream corridors. There are no woodlands on Alternative One (Site B) with the exception of small ▇▇▇▇▇▇ planted around farmsteads. Woodlands are found along a stream corridor on Alternative Two (Site A).
WOODLANDS. At its expense, Opco shall complete the current renovations of the Woodlands Mall store (Store No. 2242) and shall be entitled to receive, when due, with respect thereto the build-out allowance of $200,000 from the landlord.
WOODLANDS. Taxes may be paid either directly to Seller who agrees to pay the same to the governing municipality without any additional fee, or directly to the governing municipality by Buyer at the option of Buyer.

WOODLANDS. 1.1.1 To maintain all stated woodland areas in a safe manner and as prescribed within the specification.
1.1.2 Look after newly planted trees, including watering and replacing stakes/ties as necessary.
1.1.3 Maintain area around all trees and shrub plantings, dimensions to be approved, cutting by hand or strimmer. All works carried out in such a manner as to not cause damage to any tree. To avoid damage to tree bases a margin of 100mm of unstrimmed grass is required, which is to be controlled with the application of appropriate weed killer. Trees and other plants damaged as a result of incorrect strimming practice are to be replaced at the contractor’s expense.
1.1.4 Any debris is to be removed from site.
1.1.5 Remaining vegetation to be cut using a rough-cut mowing machine or where appropriate by hand scythe.
1.1.6 All thicket works to be carried out on a minimum of two occasions a year.
