Without prejudice to generality Clause Samples

Without prejudice to generality of Clause 21.1 for the purposes of assessing eligibility for a Formal Warning under Clause 21.2 the performance of the Company shall normally be reviewed monthly and each review shall cover performance in the previous three months.
