Within five (5 calendar days of the transfer, SBC-7STATE shall notify all transferred End Users that because of CLEC’s failure to pay SBC- 7STATE, their local service is now being provided by SBC-7STATE. SBC-7STATE shall also notify each transferred End User that the End User has thirty (30) calendar days to select a new Local Service Provider.
Within five (5 workdays after receiving the written grievance, the immediate supervisor shall meet with the grievant and the Federation representative in an effort to resolve the grievance. The immediate supervisor shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within five ( 5) workdays after such meeting and shall furnish a copy of his/her decision to the Federation representative and the grievant.
