The "Within AT&T" clause defines the scope of activities, rights, or obligations that are limited to entities, employees, or operations that are part of the AT&T corporate group. In practice, this clause may specify that certain information can be shared, or certain actions can be taken, only among AT&T subsidiaries, affiliates, or departments, and not with external parties. Within AT&T. 13STATE regions, WSP’s access to pre-order functions described in 4.2.1 will only be utilized to view Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) of another carrier’s End User where WSP has obtained an authorization from the End User for release of CPNI.

Nothing in this Appendix shall be interpreted to prohibit CLEC from accessing its own CSR data or the CSR data of its affiliates (where requisite permission has been obtained) for any purpose permitted under law.
2. All of the other provisions of the Agreement, dated August 27, 2007, shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Amendment shall be filed with and is subject to approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission and shall become effective ten (10) days following approval by such Commission.
4. In entering into this Amendment, neither Party waives, and each Party expressly reserves, any rights, remedies or arguments it may have at law or under the intervening law or regulatory change provisions in the underlying Agreement (including intervening law rights asserted by either Party via written notice predating this Amendment) with respect to any orders, decisions, legislation or proceedings and any remands thereof, which the Parties have not yet fully incorporated into this Agreement or which may be the subject of further review.
