Withholding Funds. The Department reserves the right to withhold payments pending timely delivery of program and project reports or documents as may be required under this Agreement, and for defaults by the Subrecipient and/or Developer, as noted in Exhibit D.
Withholding Funds. In the event that the Employee shall owe an obligation of any type whatsoever to SRA at any time during or after the termination of employment hereunder, then, subject to any mandatory provisions of law, the Employee expressly authorizes SRA to withhold or deduct an amount equal to said obligation from any wages due to the Employee back from SRA or any amounts due hereunder. For purposes of this provision, wages shall mean any remuneration, compensation, bonus, commission, and/or fringe benefit provided in return for services provided by the Employee.
Withholding Funds. This remedy may be applied in situations where the School could reasonably take actions to remedy the breach prior to the withholding of funds. The District may only withhold funds in situations as allowed by C.R.S. § 22-30.5-105(2)(c)(IV). Any action taken pursuant to this subsection is subject to review as provided in C.R.S. § 22-30.5-112(8).

If the Supplier has a potential liability to CBH Grain or any of its Related Bodies Corporate under any other contract, then CBH Grain may in its discretion and notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract retain an amount equivalent to the Supplier's potential liability until such time as the Supplier's potential liability has either:

The District may withhold a portion of the School’s monthly payment for failure to comply with the financial reporting requirements set forth in this Contract as allowed by C.R.S. § 22-30.5-105(2)(c)(IV).
