Subject to applicable law, the Company may also deduct any money advanced to the Executive as an expense advance from the Executive’s salary or other compensation. In the event the Executive’s wages are garnished by any court of competent jurisdiction, the Executive consents to the Company’s compliance with such order and agrees to reimburse the Company for all costs incurred in complying therewith.
