Withdrawn Vacancies. 19.9.1 This clause applies if a case manager genuinely believes that a vacancy has been withdrawn or effectively re-advertised following an earlier vacancy on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ site being withdrawn. In the event that a vacancy was withdrawn, the case manager will notify the vacancy manager of the intention to intervene. In the event that a vacancy has been readvertised, the case manager may place a (pre-publication) hold on the vacancy or, post publication, notify the vacancy manager of the intention to advise the Employer.
19.9.2 In the event that resolution is not reached the matter may be referred immediately to the South Australian Employment Tribunal for resolution. The vacancy will remain on hold until a resolution is reached.
Withdrawn Vacancies. 14.12.9.1 Where a vacancy appears to have been withdrawn following pre or post publication interest being shown by the case manager of an excess employee, DPC Government Services (JobsSA) and SA Health ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ site manager, or other, will be required to produce a real-time report of any such apparent occurrence, or any other perceived irregularity, at the request of a case manager.
14.12.9.2 If a case manager genuinely believes that the same vacancy has been effectively re-advertised, the case manager may place a (pre-publication) hold on the vacancy or, post publication, notify the vacancy manager of the intention to intervene. The matter will be formally referred by the case manager within 48 hours with full details to the CPSE and both the employee Chief Executive and vacancy Chief Executive for resolution.
14.12.9.3 In the event that resolution is not reached both the employee Chief Executive and vacancy Chief Executive will accept the advice of the CPSE in relation to the resolution of the matter.
