Withdrawing Banks. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Total Commitment of the Withdrawing Banks under the Original Loan Agreement has been terminated. The Withdrawing Banks shall have no further duties or obligations under the Original Loan Agreement after the date hereof. Each Withdrawing Bank shall duly cancel and return to the Borrower the promissory notes issued to it under the Original Loan Agreement immediately after it receives payment in full of all amounts owing to it under the Original Loan Agreement.
