Withdrawal and Termination. 49 Any Party that intends to withdraw from this Agreement must give at least 12 months notice in writing to each of the other Parties. At the expiration of that period, the Party may withdraw from the Agreement by giving written notice to all other Parties stating the date that the withdrawal will be effective.
