Withdrawal and Remedy Award Provision. Failure of the grievant to meet any of the time stipulations of the grievance procedure, unless the parties have agreed to extend the time frames, shall result in the grievance being withdrawn, while failure of the Employer’s representatives to meet any of the time stipulations of the grievance procedure shall result in the grievant’s remedy being awarded.
