Common use of With respect to Global Notes Clause in Contracts

With respect to Global Notes. (1) Each Global Note authenticated under this Indenture shall (i) be registered in the name of the Depository designated for such Global Note or a nominee thereof, (ii) be deposited with such Depository or a nominee thereof or custodian therefor, (iii) bear legends as set forth in Section 2.13 and (iv) constitute a single Note for all purposes of this Indenture.

With respect to Global Notes. (1a) Each Global Note authenticated under this Indenture shall (i) be registered in the name of the Depository Depositary designated for such Global Note or a nominee thereof, (ii) be deposited with thereof and delivered to such Depository Depositary or a nominee thereof or custodian therefor, (iii) bear legends as set forth in Section 2.13 and (iv) constitute a single Note for all purposes of this Indenture.
