Wiring Instructions. Within five (5) calendar days of receiving a Capital Notice, Investor shall advance the Capital Call amount specified in the Capital Notice to Sponsor by wire transfer of immediately available funds pursuant to the wiring instructions separately provided. For clarity, the aggregate amount of the Capital Calls funded under this Agreement will not exceed the Investor Capital Contribution.
Wiring Instructions. In the event fund transfer instructions are given, such instructions must be communicated to Escrow Agent in writing delivered pursuant to Section 4.1. Escrow Agent shall seek confirmation of such instructions by telephone call-back to an Authorized Representative (in the case of the Company) or other authorized person, and Escrow Agent may rely upon the confirmations of anyone purporting to be the Authorized Representative or other authorized person so designated. Escrow Agent and the beneficiary’s bank in any funds transfer may rely solely upon any account numbers or similar identifying numbers provided by the Company to identify (i) the beneficiary, (ii) the beneficiary’s bank, or (iii) an intermediary bank. Escrow Agent may apply any of the Escrow Funds for any payment order it executes using any such identifying number, even when its use may result in a person other than the beneficiary being paid, or the transfer of funds to a bank other than the beneficiary’s bank or an intermediary bank designated. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that such security procedure is commercially reasonable.

Wiring Instructions. The Agent shall have received wiring instructions with respect to the proceeds of the Loans and Swing Line Loans (if any) to be made on the Restatement Date;
Wiring Instructions. Company shall be solely responsible for any costs and/or fees associated with making any and all payments to Provider as required under this Agreement, including, without limitation, wire transfer fees. Company shall pay all sums due to Provider by wire transfer to the following account, unless otherwise instructed by Provider and memorialized in a written amendment to this Agreement, duly executed by authorized signatories of, and delivered by, each of the Parties hereto:
