Wireless Local Number Portability. Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP) is a method by which a subscriber may change service providers and/or service but retain and transfer their local telephone number. FCC Report and Order 95-116 mandated the implementation of Local Number Portability - Service Provider Portability (LNP- SPP) for both Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) providers. BellSouth will provide access to the PNP database at rates, terms and conditions as set forth on BellSouth's website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/products/wireless/wlnp/index.html.

Wireless Local Number Portability. You may have the capability to transfer your wireless number to another wireless carrier or have the ability to bring your wireless number to us. For detailed information about Local Number Portability, please contact GTA Customer service at (000) 000-0000. You will not be able to transfer your number if your account has been disconnected for any reason. If you are porting a prepaid account, your prepaid account must not be expired. You still remain liable for all charges incurred resulting from your wireless service with us or your wireless service with your former wireless carrier. This includes, but not limited to: cancellation fees; monthly access fees; overages; long distance; and all other expenses associated with your wireless service.   • Local Number Portability The Permanent Number Portability (PNP) database supplies routing numbers for calls involving numbers that have been ported from one local service provider to another. PNP is currently being worked in industry forums. The results of these forums will dictate the industry direction of PNP. BellSouth will provide access to the PNP database at rates, terms and conditions as set forth by BellSouth and in accordance with an effective FCC or Commission directive.

  • Number Portability Each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services in its territory provide number portability, to the extent technically and economically feasible, in a reasonable period of time and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Openness and Transparency Contractor shall make available to individuals applicable policies, procedures, and technologies that directly affect such individuals and/or their Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.
