Common use of Winter Clothing Clause in Contracts

Winter Clothing. The Employer will provide cold weather clothing for use on the job for Maintenance employees. Where a need is identified for winter jackets in the performance of their duties, the Employer will provide Maintenance employees with one (1) winterized jacket upon hire, with replacement thereafter to be based on establishing proof of need by the employees to their Supervisor.
