Common use of Window Coverings Clause in Contracts

Window Coverings. All window coverings for the Leased Premises shall be those approved by Landlord. Tenant shall not place or maintain any window coverings, blinds, curtains or drapes other than those approved by Landlord on any exterior window without Landlord’s prior written approval, which Landlord shall have the right to grant or withhold in its absolute and sole discretion.

All window coverings for the Leased Premises shall be those approved provided by Landlord (with the actual cost of such blinds to be deducted from Landlord's Contribution) as Building Standard Improvements. Tenant shall not place or maintain any window coverings, blinds, curtains or drapes other than those approved supplied by Landlord on any exterior window without Landlord’s 's prior written approval, which Landlord approval shall have the right to grant not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or withhold in its absolute and sole discretiondelayed.
