Common use of Window Covering Clause in Contracts

Window Covering. All window covering shall be provided by Landlord as Building Standard Improvements. Tenant shall not place or maintain any window covering, blinds or drapes (other than those supplied by Landlord) on any exterior window without Landlord’s prior written approval which Landlord shall have the right to grant or withhold in its reasonable discretion. Tenant shall comply with Landlord’s Building-standard requirements (which Landlord shall provide upon request) for lighting all portions of the Leased Premises that are visible from the exterior. Tenant acknowledges that breach of this Section 3.03 will directly and adversely affect the exterior appearance of the Building.
