Common use of WILL BE GIVEN Clause in Contracts

WILL BE GIVEN. All exhibits must be removed Saturday evening at the closing of the Commercial Tent, BUT NOT BEFORE 8:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down their exhibits after 8:00 PM Saturday night. The tent and draperies will be taken down first thing Sunday morning after the fair. The Kosciusko County Fair will not be responsible for any exhibits or merchandise left.
