WIC Manual Sample Clauses

The "WIC Manual" clause defines the authoritative set of guidelines, procedures, or standards that govern the administration and operation of the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program within the context of the agreement. This clause typically specifies that all parties must adhere to the policies and requirements outlined in the WIC Manual, which may include eligibility criteria, benefit distribution processes, and compliance obligations. By referencing the WIC Manual, the clause ensures consistency and clarity in program implementation, reducing ambiguity and helping all parties understand their responsibilities under the agreement.
