Common use of WHOLE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

WHOLE CONTRACT. This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the Seller and the Purchaser and no warranties, representations or conditions not recorded herein shall be binding upon the Seller unless recorded in writing and signed by the parties hereto. The Purchaser acknowledges that neither the Seller nor his agents has made any representations or warranties inducing the sale other than those included herein.
