Common use of Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement. This Agreement and the other Documents constitute the whole and entire agreement between the parties hereto regarding the subject matter hereof and thereof and cancel and supersede any prior agreements (including, without limitation, any commitment letters), undertakings, declarations, commitments, representations, written or oral, in respect thereof.

Upon the execution of this Agreement by each of the parties hereto, the agreement between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower dated May 21, 1999 entitled "Summary of Terms & Conditions", as amended, shall be of no further force and effect.
