Common use of Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which that are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement represents the entire understanding of the same title and concerning similar parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior arrangements and understandings regarding same, including that certain Change of Control Agreement, dated prior to as of April 1, 2002, which the parties hereto agree is terminated in all respects effective as of the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and voidhereof.

This Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and (or portion thereof) concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this AgreementAgreement (including but not limited to Sections 7 and 8 of the Offer Letter and Exhibit A attached thereto), and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, including without limitation any prior Change of Control Agreement between Employee and the Company, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, including the Original Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly express set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and and/or concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement agreements shall be deemed null and void.
