Common use of Who May Respond Clause in Contracts

Who May Respond. The Department will accept Responses from Body Armor Manufacturers, Dealers, and Distributors who are in good standing with the State of Florida, and that operate at least one distribution facility within the state. Respondents must maintain at least one factory-authorized service station and/or servicing dealer within the State of Florida to perform fittings, warranty repairs, and adjustments throughout the Contract Term, and will be required to maintain that capability throughout the Contract Term. By submitting a Response, each Respondent certifies that it satisfies all criteria specified in the solicitation documents. The Department may request, and the Respondent shall provide, supporting information or documentation. Failure to supply supporting information or documentation if requested, may result in the Response being deemed non-responsive.
