Whiting means, for purposes of the Consent Decree, Consumers' Whiting Generation Station consisting of three electric utility steam-generating Units designated as Unit 1 (102 MW), Unit 2 (102 MW), and Unit 3 (124 MW) and related equipment, located in Luna Pier, Monroe County, Michigan.
