WHITE COATS. Two (2) white coats are issued at the beginning of the initial year of the GME Program at LLIECHE. Resident may retain the coats at the termination of the GME Program. SCRUBS Scrubs are provided through vending machines located in the Medical Center. Access to the scrub vending machines is by use of the ID Badge with a specific bar code attached that identifies the Resident; request forms are available from the GME Office.

WHITE COATS. The Medical Center will provide Physician with three (3) white coats at the beginning of the initial year of the GME Program at LLUMC. LLUMC agrees to launder Physician's white coats free of charge and to make all reasonable repairs during training. No personal laundry service for Physician or his/her family will be provided. The coats may be retained by Physician at the termination of the GME Program.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Network Penetration Testing - Transfer Agent shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. Transfer Agent shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.
