Common use of While Employed Clause in Contracts

While Employed. a. Employee agrees to perform the duties of the Position faithfully and to the best of Employee’s ability at the principal offices of the Company or in locations as may be designated temporarily from time to time by the Company or as necessary to fulfill the duties of the Position. Employee shall report to the Board of Directors, or as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
